Big fat delicious sandwiches. Whatever they do to those carrots is wizardry. Great value for money. Wait wasn’t too long at lunch time! Need to come back and try every sambo on the menu

Seen some about this place being one of the best sandwiches in Sydney so I decided to drop by and give it a try. First thing I would like to say is how big these sandwiches were, they were massive. You could easily eat one half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Extremely popular place. Got here around 1 and only had brown bread left. Overall I was pretty impressed by the sandwich. The schnitzel had a little bit of crispness and the salad that made up the sandwich was great. With the addition of the mayo and truff sauce it was one saucy sandwich. A great part of this store is that there is so much customisation you can do. I'd definitely choose one of the light sandwiches next time and add other things. Parking can be difficult but there was some. Not many tables for seating either.

Hugo - Chicken schnitzel, SDS Herb Mayo™, lettuce, tasty cheese, Roma tomato, cucumber and SDS Caramelised Carrots™ $16 is reasonable for the size of the sandwich when you order in shop, but it ended up being $21.50 on UberEats so it wasn't worth it for me given that the chicken schnitzel was way too thin and the wrong ratio for the thickness of the sandwich. The white bread was pillowy and had a nice crust. The filling was also decent but again, the lack of chicken was disappointing. Couldn't help think of a 3 piece Feed I could have got for this with change so I won't be ordering this again.

Tried the hugo and it’s a great sandwich. All ingredients are fresh and love the sundried tomato topping, although I wish they’re more generous with the sauce. The portion is massive!

Had Biatch. Good portion of chicken but flavour was quite strong and salty. Difficult to eat but Caramelised carrot was the winner

Quite disappointed with the schnitzel sandwich. I had much higher expectations. I saw pictures online and it was not even close to those. Chicken tasted really good, pity there wasn’t much of it and it was very thin. Herb mayo was okay, tasted a bit like yoghurt, bread was fresh but overall was a very average sandwich.
